Our divorce and custody mediation service utilizes highly experienced, impartial, mediators to help couples get from one end of the divorce process to the other. The process is typically characterized by greater dialogue and communication and with less acrimony than litigated divorces. Couples and/or parents use our mediation service to reach decisions that minimize the adverse impact of disputes on families.
Divorce Done Right provides a comfortable environment for separating couples or separated or divorced parents to resolve all aspects of their divorce or custody issues. Our family mediation can address custody, child support, co-parenting, alimony, equitable distribution of assets, or any other issues requiring decision or agreement. The proceedings are entirely discreet. Several of our Mediators are bilingual.

Divorce Mediation Session
We offer a mediation orientation session at a reduced fee for couples who want to learn more about mediation itself, meet their mediator before proceeding, and take an opportunity to answer any questions you may have. If you choose to proceed with mediation, you can begin at the end of your orientation session or schedule a future session.
